Workshop 'Legal and tax issues and Business registration'

Yesterday and today, the workshop "Primary and tax issues and business registration" was held. The lecturer at the training was Nikola Pješčić, a lawyer with enviable experience in the field of support during the registration of business entities.
At the beginning of the workshop, he introduced the participants to the legal framework for the registration of activities, and after that there were many questions from the participants regarding registration and legal-administrative conditions, certain permits, licenses, etc. Special attention is also paid to contracts that future entrepreneurs should enter into through various forms of business cooperation.
The workshop was followed by seven participants who followed very carefully and expressed great gratitude for the useful information.
It is planned to hold 3 more trainings. Each one aims to empower the participants to start their own business. After the training, the participants will be educated about possible ways of financing business ideas, as well as how to present a business idea to potential financiers. In parallel, there is support from the mentor for the business plan and all questions related to future business.
At the end, the 5 holders of the best business plans will receive grants to support businesses in the amount of up to 3000 euros.
The trainings are part of the project 'Skills for sustainable employment, inclusive economic growth of the cross-border area of Albania and Montenegro - Skills for work Albania-Montenegro'. The project is supported by the Cross-Border Cooperation Program Montenegro - Albania 2014-2020 through the instrument of pre-accession assistance (IPA II).
