Training workshop for selected businesses within the framework of the project “Skills for Sustainable Employment and Inclusive Economic Growth of the Cross-Border Region of Albania and Montenegro – Skills for Work Albania – Montenegro”
Today, at the premises of the Albanian Investment Development Agency (AIDA), a training workshop was held for selected businesses within the framework of the project “Skills for Sustainable Employment and Inclusive Economic Growth of the Cross-Border Region of Albania and Montenegro – Skills for Work Albania – Montenegro”, Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Montenegro – Albania 2014-2020, under the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA II). The main objective of this project is to support the employment process by providing opportunities to gain work experience and develop professional skills.
This activity organized by AIDA, in its capacity as implementing partner for Albania, brought together representatives of businesses selected as winners in the open call for applications, who, under the guidance of the expert, were introduced to the Mentoring Guide, a guide designed to assist all mentors in implementing trainings. Also, the participating businesses were introduced to the complete documentation package, which they will have to complete during the duration of the trainings.
Next, the participants, in collaboration with the expert, engaged in a practical exercise with ideas and suggestions for completing the training program depending on the respective sectors.
At the end of the training workshop, the participants discussed and shared their thoughts on the start of the trainings and their expectations from this project. The trainings are expected to start in October and will last three months.
