Skills for Jobs Albania – Montenegro

The deadline for the call for applications for all unemployed individuals, young people (15-29 years old) and women in the areas of Shkodra Municipality, Vau I Dejës Municipality and Malesia e Madhe Municipality to apply for on-the-job training is extended.

The Albanian Investment Development Agency (AIDA), within the framework of the implementation of the project “Skills for Sustainable Employment and Inclusive Economic Growth of the Cross-Border Region of Albania and Montenegro – Skills for Employment Albania – Montenegro”, announces the call for all young people who wish to apply for on-the-job training with an employer and acquire new skills for work.

All unemployed individuals, as well as young people (age 15-29 years old) and women living in the Municipality of Shkodra, the Municipality of Vau I Dejës, or the Municipality of Malesia e Madhe are invited to take part in this call.

On-job training will be provided in the hospitality-tourism, ICT and other related priority sectors for the development of the Albania-Montenegro cross-border area.

On-job training will last 3 months and upon successful completion, participants will be provided with training certificates for the skills developed.

Each participant will be reimbursed in the amount of €450.00 gross each month during the duration of the training for all participation expenses.

The list of documents you must send are:

• Application form (download the application form at the Application Form link)

• Proof of completed vocational education (diploma) or any other professional training

• Certificate of incapacity to work (if you have one);
