CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR THE SELECTION OF 2 (TWO) MENTORS TO PROVIDE TRAINING ON ACCESS TO FINANCE AND PRESENTATION AND SIMULATION OF BUSINESS IDEAS TO YOUTH SELECTED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SHKODËR, VAU I DEJËS AND MALËSI E MADHE.

The Albanian Investment Development Agency (AIDA), within the framework of the implementation of the project “Skills for Sustainable Employment and Inclusive Economic Growth of the Cross-Border Region of Albania and Montenegro – Skills for Employment Albania – Montenegro”, “Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Montenegro – Albania 2014 – 2020”, under the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA II), funded by the European Union, and following the call for individual mentoring for the development of ideas and the preparation of business plans, (https://aida.gov.al/thirje-per-aplikim-per-perzgjeđjen-e-mentoreve-per-ofrimin-e-trajnimit-per-sipermarrje-per-te-rinjte-grupmosha-15-29-vjec-dhe-gra-te-papuna-ne-zonen-e-bashkise-shkoder-bashkise-vau-i-dejes-dhe-ba/), announces call:

A. Providing mentoring services for access to finance (access to financing and negotiations).

After individual mentoring for selected individuals with initial knowledge in the field of business, group training sessions are planned to be held in the field of access to finance and negotiations to further empower participants with the necessary knowledge to find different ways of financing for their business. Mentoring will be offered for a period of 2 (two) days, on June 24-25, 2024, in the city of Shkodra.

The estimated budget for the provision of this service by the mentor is 500 euros, for both days of training and includes any expenses related to the provision and performance of this service (transportation, accommodation).

B. Business pitching simulation

After the mentoring on access to finance, interactive group training sessions are planned to be held, to equip the trainees with practical skills to present their business idea to potential investors, as well as to participate in the final competition for the best ideas/models, which will be held at the conclusion of all trainings offered.

The mentoring will be offered for a period of 2 (two) days, on June 26-27, 2024, in the city of Shkodra.

APPLICATION DOCUMENTATION

In the case of an individual applicant, the application must contain:

1. The signed application form, which you can download at the link: Link

2. A diploma certifying the completed education in the field of economics-business or similar.

3. The CV of the individual applicant, clearly indicating experience, experience in similar services, accompanied by an identification document (identity card and/or passport)

In the case of commercial legal entities, the application must contain:

2. A copy of the historical extract of registration at the National Business Center (NBC), issued no later than 30 days from the moment of application;

3. The registration document with the tax authority (NIPT).

4. Curriculum vitae (CV) of the individual(s) who will conduct the training, accompanied by an identification document (identity card and/or passport)

5. Diploma certifying the completed education in the field of economics-business or similar.

Candidates for mentors who possess knowledge, experience/experience in conducting similar trainings will be preferred. Applicants with previous experience in such trainings (3-5 years) with young people and women, proven through contracts or any other document certifying the experience will be given priority.
