Skills for Jobs Albania – Montenegro

The Albanian Investment Development Agency (AIDA) within the framework of the implementation of the project “Skills for Sustainable Employment and Inclusive Economic Growth of the Cross-Border Region of Albania and Montenegro – Skills for Employment Albania – Montenegro”, announces a call for all employing businesses interested in providing on-the-job training near their premises to train young people (15-29 years old) and unemployed women in the hospitality-tourism, gastronomy, handicrafts, ICT and other related sectors. The trainings will be held by a mentor, whose role will be performed by an employee of the employing business.
Employers who can apply to this call must be economic entities registered in the Municipality of Shkodër, the Municipality of Vau i Dejës or the Municipality of Malesia e Madhe.
The main purpose of this training is to support the employment process by providing opportunities to gain work experience and develop professional skills.
The mentors who will provide the training will be reimbursed in the amount of €200 gross each month throughout the duration of the training.
The list of documents you need to send are:
1. Application form (Link)
2. Company registration certificate (NIPT)
3. Business extract from the Central Bank
4. Certificate from the Tax Directorate on payment of duties
5. Signed declaration of the applicant (Link)
6. Mentor application form (Link)
7. Employment certificate from the employer – as proof that the mentor is an employee of the company
